spicy mango margarita

ingredients:

1/2 cup of frozen mango

1 oz of mango nectar

1.5 oz of jalapeño infused tequila

1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice

o.5 oz of agave

o.5 oz of Cointreau

Tajín (or equivalent) for rim

directions:

This recipe came about after a long night of cocktails when the ice ran out. Bear with me.

Rim your glass with agave or a little lime juice then Tajín. Add your half cup of frozen mango to your glass and let setup chill in the freezer.

In a shaker; add mango nectar, jalapeño tequila, lime juice, agave, and Cointreau. If you have ice, shake well with ice. If not, add a good amount of frozen mango and shake. Snack on this later.

Strain cocktail into your prepared glass, garnish with lime if you’d like and enjoy!
